Body measurements seem scary but they are a great way to track your progress. Often you’ll see a loss of inches even if the scale isn’t moving. Also taking photos of your progress can help see those changes and keep you on track.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Unit 54 makes you accountable with an honesty policy and additional exercises if you ate a pack of cookies the night before!

Outside of the gym, I can swing on monkey bars and do handstands with my kids. I can pull myself out of the water onto the ski biscuit and ride roller coasters with the kids. I can climb steep hills (and enjoy it!) and can do things like help my husband move furniture (or do it on my own!). Imagine what more there is to come? Can’t wait to find out.
